Duration of contributed oral presentations is 20 minutes including discussion time.
Duration of invited oral presentations is 30 minutes including discussion time.
Bring your PowerPoint presentation on USB memory stick. Each morning from 08.00 till 08.30 hrs. and during the lunches there will be technical time to upload your presentation on the computer in the lecture room where your presentation will be held. If you have movie files please burn them on DVD.
It is not allowed to use your own laptop.
Please present yourself to the chairman of your session who you can find in the programme.
